Vincent Danjean

Head of the Cyberspace and New Technologies Laboratory at INTERPOL

Vincent Danjean is a seasoned international civil servant who has been with INTERPOL since 2003. From 2003 to 2018, he served as INTERPOL’s Information Security Manager, during which he established and managed the INTERPOL Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) in 2009. Since 2018, he has been leading the Cyberspace and New Technologies Laboratory within the INTERPOL Innovation Centre. His team focuses on assisting member countries in innovating and testing the applied use of emerging technologies.


Vincent holds an engineering degree with a specialization in satellite communications. His career has predominantly involved management positions and consultancy in security and technology. He is passionate about collaborating with international teams on cutting-edge projects and often serves as a project board member or technical advisor to address and harmonize the requirements of law enforcement agencies globally.


In his current role, Vincent is actively involved in enhancing blockchain intelligence capabilities and strengthening international collaboration to harmonize forensic methods and wallet address attribution techniques.
