Stanislava Milankov

Stanislava Milankov is a Project Associate in the Economic Governance Unit at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Secretariat, specializing in international security and AML/CFT technical assistance. She supports OSCE participating States across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the South Caucasus in strengthening regulatory and supervisory frameworks aligned with FATF Recommendations 15 and 16, as well as investigative capacities to address money laundering and terrorism financing risks associated with virtual assets.
Prior to her current role, Stanislava worked in the OSCE Anti-Terrorism Unit, where she focused on countering the financing of terrorism. In this capacity, she specialized in strengthening the operational capacities of law enforcement and criminal justice officials to conduct parallel financial investigations in terrorism-related cases, and supported the development of public–private partnerships in the AML/CFT field.
Stanislava also served as a Political Assistant at the OSCE Mission to Serbia, and has gained professional experience with NGOs in Brussels, Belgium, and The Hague, Netherlands, where she provided political and security analysis.
