Jethro Cornelissen is Lead Investigator of Cybercrime Atlas, a World Economic Forum initiative. He leads a community of 75+ volunteer investigators across 35+ major technology firms, financial institutions, security vendors and platforms, who work together to map, attribute, and disrupt cybercriminal operations and turn open-source intelligence into actionable identification packages for law enforcement.

Cybercrime Atlas has delivered more than thirty intelligence packages to Europol, INTERPOL, AFRIPOL and several national law enforcement agencies across the globe, contributing to operations including Serengeti and Operation Red Card. Jethro runs the weekly OSINT hunts, builds the intelligence packages delivered to law enforcement, and organises hunts and workshops that show how the Atlas operates and what OSINT can do in the right hands.

He has spent over twenty years across cybercrime investigation, fraud and threat intelligence. He co-authored the TIBER-NL framework with De Nederlandsche Bank, the model that became the mandatory European standard through DORA. He is a frequent international speaker and has presented at RSA Conference, INTERPOL convenings, FIRST and Underground Economy. He is based in the Netherlands.
